James R. Arnold, DPM
Dr. James R. Arnold received his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992. He received his doctoral degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio in 1998. After completing three years of intensive postgraduate medical and surgical training at Western Reserve Care System in Youngstown, Ohio, Dr. Arnold relocated to the Shenandoah Valley in 2001 to enter private practice. He received Board certification in surgery in 2007. Dr. Arnold became a Certified Wound Care Specialist Physician in September 2016.
Rhonda L. Davis, DPM
Dr. Rhonda L. Davis received her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1999. She received her doctoral degree from the William M. Scholl College of Podialtic Medicine in Chicago, lllinois in 2003. After completing a medical and surgical residency at the St. Louis Veterans Administrative Medical Center in 2005, Dr. Davis achieved additional surgical training at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri in 2006. She relocated to the Shenandoah Valley in 2006 to enter private practice. She received Board Certified in Surgery, August 2012.
Jessica Inthavongxay, DPM
Jessica Inthavongxay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Virginia in 2010. She went on to receive her doctoral degree from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2014. Afterwards, she completed a 3 year residency program in foot and ankle surgery at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She was born and raised in Harrisonburg, VA and is excited to have returned to the Shenandoah Valley in July 2017. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her fiance Craig and English bulldog Charlie.
James I. Lewis, DPM (Emeritus)
Dr. James I. Lewis received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York in 1971. After graduating from Temple University with honors in 1979, Dr. Lewis completed a surgical residency program at Lawndale Hospital in Philadelphia. He has been in private practice in the Shenandoah Valley since 1985. He received Board certification in surgery in 1986.
